December 2014 Golf.com Content - Olympic Council of Ireland Announces Team Ireland Leader for Golf

The Confederation of Golf in Ireland (comprising of the nations governing bodies the GUI, ILGU & PGA) together with the Olympic Council of Ireland announced Paul McGinley will Captain the Irish Golf Team at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. Niche Media created digital content for Sports Illustrated Golf.com website.

 

2012 Children's Medical Research Foundation  Fundraiser in NYC with GMAC Foundation

VIDEO CONTENT

In February 2012, Niche Media was produced all video content for the “Best of Ireland” fundraiser at the New York Athletic Club for the Children’s Medical Research Foundation at Dublin’s Crumlin Childrens Hospital.

Highlighting Ireland’s rich history in Arts and Culture, Niche Media produced several video pieces on the night to entertain the audience in addition to tribute videos to the guest speakers on the night, the Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny, renowned Athlete Eamonn Coghlan and also to 2010 US Open Champion Graeme McDowell, whose GMAC Foundation raises much-needed funds for the Childrens Hospital. Niche Media produced the following video tribute to GMAC:

 

2011 FALDO SERIES

In 2011, Niche Media produced a variety of video content for Faldo Enterprises Ltd, comprising of online videos for the Faldo Series, Faldo Design and the Faldo Academy businesses.

2010 JP McMANUS INVITATIONAL PRO AM 

ONLINE/APP CONTENT & OFFICIAL VIDEO

Niche Media brought the idea of video content to the people behind JP’s unique charitable event and suggested a selection of player interviews for inclusion on
their website to both drive awareness of the event and also to increase familiarity with the players, all the while highlighting the charity, host, venue and player support for the venture. Using Niche Media’s contacts and relationaships with PGA Tour players, we filmed a series of player interviews at the World Golf Championship at Doral, Miami in March 2010:

IRISH TIMES

BUSINESS PODCAST SERIES

Niche Media pitched the idea of producing audio/video content for the Irish Times website. After a series of pilot programmes, the Irish Times agreed to Niche Media’s proposal to produce their Business Podcast on a weekly basis. Niche Media also sourced a sponsor for the content in KPMG.

 

2009 '3 IRISH OPEN'

GOLF PODCAST SERIES

In April and May of 2009, Niche Media brought the concept of a 6 week podcast series to 3 Mobile as part of their promotional activities for the 3 Irish Open at Baltray. Niche Media produced and presented each podast, comprising of 'three' sections with contributions from leading names in the game of golf; i) Championship updates with player & past champion interviews, ii) European Tour and PGA TOUR review and previews iii) Golf betting.
